Integrations
Bank, till and online shop. Straight into your accounts.
Buchsnap collects payments where they happen: in e-banking, at your payment providers and in your online shop. Every payout is posted with its sales, fees and bank credit, and exactly once.

Connections
In detail
What connects to what
All Swiss banks
Bank statements in camt.053 and camt.054 format from e-banking, including PostFinance, UBS, Raiffeisen and the cantonal banks. Reconciliation against balances, with suggested entries.
TWINT, Worldline, SumUp, Uber
Upload the settlement report as a CSV file. Sales, fees and payout are each posted separately via a clearing account.
Stripe, SumUp, Wallee
Via API with a read-only key. Buchsnap fetches the payouts itself, including Wallee / PostFinance Checkout.
Payrexx and PayPal
Payrexx transactions are reconciled. Payments made via PayPal go to an account of their own.
WooCommerce and other shops
Import sales and invoices from your online shop every day, with PDFs. There's a plugin for WooCommerce.
FOCBS exchange rates
Daily and monthly average rates for foreign currencies from the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (FOCBS/BAZG), which also apply for VAT purposes.
Email inbox
Every company has its own @buchsnap.ch address. Suppliers send invoices straight to it.
Export to Banana
Entries in Banana Accounting format, for firms that close the year there.
Swiss QR-bill
Invoices with a QR payment slip that follows the SIX guidelines, with payments matched via the QR reference.
How it's posted
One payout, three clean entries
- 1
Sales
Gross sales go to the provider's clearing account, with VAT if required.
- 2
Fee
The provider's commission is posted as an expense.
- 3
Payout
The amount credited to the bank account clears the clearing account, which then stands at zero.
- 4
No duplicates
Every payout has an ID, so uploading it twice never posts anything twice.
