Frequently asked questions

Do employees need their own login?

Yes. They receive an email invitation and see only their own hours, requests and documents in the app, nothing about the company.

What do employees see in the app?

Their hours, holiday and absence requests with balance, expenses with a receipt photo, payslips and salary certificate, employment contracts and documents you share. They request certificates such as proof of employment, and changes to address or IBAN, directly in the app; you approve.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Clock-ins without a signal are saved with the phone's time and synced later.

Is there a charge per employee?

No. All employees are included in the Pro plan.
