Built from our own bookkeeping.
We built Buchsnap because we collect receipts, write invoices and work with an accountant ourselves. The tools available were made either for bookkeepers or for businesses that want to manage without an accountant. We wanted something that works for both sides.

The accountant stays at the centre
Buchsnap doesn't replace an accountant (Treuhänder). The software takes the collecting, sorting and typing off their hands, so they have more time for advice.
Transparent pricing
Our prices are on the website. Buchsnap is free for accountants, and clients pay a fixed subscription.
Your data stays your data
Receipts are not sent to third-party AI services and are not used for advertising or training.

Buchsnap is operated by Alin Ghiorghiu, a sole proprietorship (Einzelfirma) in Kloten, canton of Zurich.
The platform is developed by esysagency.ch, an agency for websites, online shops and web applications.
